Your Primary Health Management and Prevention Team

We provide health care throughout all life stages. Our staff work with you to ensure you’re part of the decision making in your health and wellness plan. If you choose, your health provider will refer you to traditional healing, so that you also have access to traditional Indigenous medicines and practices.

The primary care services staff is a group of health care providers who work together to give you the best possible integrated services for your health needs. The team includes:

  • Family Physicians (Doctors)
  • Nurse Practitioners (NPs)
  • Registered Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses (RPNs and RNs)
  • Other health professionals who provide specific services such as Chiropody (foot care), Physiotherapy, Nutrition, and Harm Reduction

Some doctors and nurse practitioners also visit nearby communities, including Chippewas of the Thames First Nation, Munsee Delaware Nation, Delaware Nation at Moraviantown, Oneida Nation of the Thames, Saugeen First Nation, Neyaashiinigmiing (Chippewas of Nawash First Nation), Aamjiwnaang First Nation, and Kettle and Stony Point First Nation. Please call for schedules in your community.
